Comments: I first met Dr. Alex Meyers in 2018 quite by accident. He happened to be in the building the day I was meeting with my surgeon, Dr. Berend, to have my knee repaird. I knew I had trouble with my shoulders, and I was concerned if I would be able to use a walker after the knee replacement. Dr. B said he would be right back and got up and left the exam room. Within five minutes he came back with Dr. Meyers and said "you're in luck, this is the guy that can help you",
Dr. B was right. I was very lucky. Without even an appointment, Dr. Meyers sat down with me for a few minutes and listened to my problem. He told me to call his office the next morning and he would make sure they would schedule an MRI.
He's a really wonderful doctor. His personality is off the charts...... He cares about his patients. He's funny and tender-hearted, and truly cares. And you know it's genuine when you see him with his staff and how they relate to him.
I still have not had a shoulder surgery. The shots he gives me seem to help quite a bit. Each time I go in, he tells me that when I've had enough of the pain and decide to have the surgery, he'll be there to help. There's that wonderful bedside manner showing again.☺️
    You can't not love him....
