Comments: I had gone to IU health ortho after rupturing a tendon in my knuckle twice. After the second surgery, it got extremely infected. The NP had taken the stitches out too early and my cartilage wasn't closed together. After finding out Dr. Dellacqua did takrle my insurance, I made an appointment with him. He was so gentle, listened to my concerns and had a plan that would require only one more surgery, unlike IU Health, which would have been 2 more and skin grafts. I had my surgery done 2 weeks ago and am doing amazing! I fully trust Dr. Dellacque, and his colleagues, to know what they're doing and right away put my mind at ease. I just wish I would have started out there!
