Comments: Dr. Dellacqua first saw me for a trigger finger on my right hand about a decade ago.His surgical procedure was very innovative, quickly finished under a local, and I had no further problems. Now I saw him the other day for a similar problem on my left hand. He is very conservative in his treatment, which I appreciate, starting with a steroid shot and only progressing to surgery if the shot does not work.
