Dr. Rettig is the son of Methodist Sports Medicine
Center physician Dr. Art Rettig. Like his father,
Dr. Rettig is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing
in sports medicine and disorders of the upper extremities.
Dr. Rettig earned his undergraduate degree in
Biology at Indiana University in 1993 and obtained
his medical degree in 1997 from the Indiana University
School of Medicine. Prior to his fellowship in
Baltimore, Dr. Rettig also was an intern (General
Surgery) and resident (Orthopaedic Surgery) at
the Indiana University Medical Center.
A native of Indianapolis, Dr. Rettig serves as
team physician at Lebanon High School.
